Takatsugu
Following last year, we opened a bottle of Nisato's Yamada-Nishiki raw sake again this year.
It is a beautiful sake with a clear sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness that goes down your throat easily. When served hot with a pot of hot sake and a glass of cold sake, it is hard to stop.
This is a bottle that will make your cheeks loose in anticipation of drinking another delicious Ni-Utsu next year. Delicious ‼️
