Memorandum for myself
I was shocked by this wine about 2 years ago and decided to buy it next season for sure, but the timing was not right and it is now.
When the bottle was opened, it was as gassy as ever, with a strong pop.
When poured into a glass, it was slightly bubbly.
When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to find that it was much drier than what I had drunk before. It is much drier than the one we drank before.
It was full of fruitiness before, but this time it was a little more subdued.
