Gifu's sake rice Hidahomare out of equiv. rice? It is made from Hidahomare, a sake rice produced in Gifu Prefecture.
It was made to look as if it tasted inferior, but this one is sufficient (laugh).
It is too good for the cost. Anyway, it is delicious.
Sake brewed with Hidahomare has very few disappointments.
As a fan of Hidahomare, I wish there was a name for it like "Omachi Sto.
