Amabuki always seems to brew with a variety of unique yeasts.
I was curious to try this one because it was brewed with begonia yeast.
If you ask me if it smells like begonia, I am not sure. LOL.
But as a compliment, it is "like water.
It is refreshing and perfect for a mealtime drink!
