This is the second bottle I've bought as many as there are at the liquor store🤣.
Still as good as ever😋.
The taste is thick, a little bit thick, and it's like you're drinking a thick old sake.
The old koji is used to dissolve the rice and make the flavor...is it the old koji's umami?
The sourness also comes, and it is good to drink it cold👍.
I drank a cup of it cold and then warmed another cup loosely.
When I warmed it up slowly, it tickled my nose and made it itchy.
I've been drinking it for a few years now and I've never had a bottle that wasn't warm.
It's even better warmed than cold! The other bottle at the end was a bottle...
I'm not sure if I'm drinking too much or not. 💦
Will I have to go on a sake saving diet😱?
