You can enjoy the full flavor of the rice in this unblended sake. The sake rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. It is produced in Ehime prefecture. I didn't know it was called Matsuyamamii...
It's interesting & nice to senbatsu a bottle from the tank. You can feel the sourness, and it has a fresh aroma and a clean aftertaste.
I enjoyed it with sashimi of sea bream. It may also be good with snacks with a strong flavor.
It was also delicious with mango pudding, where the aroma stood out.
