The fireplace.
Feels good to have a cool lid, doesn't it? Does anyone understand? (laughs)
The mouthfeel is very gentle, and the taste is a little dry, with a hint of umami. I like to drink it as an aperitif. If you want to drink it with dry food or sashimi, it's fine, but the taste of the sake is so strong that the food you're eating is going to have a lot of salt in it.
I can't buy Hououmida near me, so it's not easy to drink. I'll take my time to savor it and drink it.
