I was going to finish off this year's drinking with Masumi, but I ended up opening it. I was so excited!
It has a sweetness unique to nigori (nigori sake), so it is easy to drink. Of course, it is not as strong as doburoku, so be careful 💣.
By the way, the entrée was raw kingfish sashimi and tochio-age (fried horse mackerel). I was very happy with it 😋.
