Polishing ratio 60 Winner of the Kura Master 2023 Gold Award. It is said to be made using the Edo period brewing method called jumizu-shikkomi. The sweetness spreads well, but the aftertaste is light and does not interfere with meals. Rather than a memorable sake to be enjoyed on its own, it is a very tasty sake to accompany a meal.
