When you put the cap close to your nose, you can smell the sweetness and dried bonito broth 😁.
Pouring it into a sake cup, it is a clear yellowish liquid 😊.
The taste is light and slightly sour.
However, it does not leave a lingering or persistent taste 😎.
It's so refreshing and clean that I keep on drinking it because I want to taste it 😅.
If you keep doing that, you'll get a dashi-like flavor at the back of your tongue that comes out at the end. But it's discreet to a fault.
As the temperature settles down a bit, a bonito broth-like flavor comes out 😋.
