I bought it at the brewery about three years ago. The taste was so-so.
The first sip after opening the bottle.
It has a mellow, raw sake feel. It has a fruity, floral, apple-like aroma. Of course, it is strong and robust.
Good if you are looking for something strong, fragrant, and refreshing at the same time. It may gain more fans.
Rokuba is the brand name of the sixth toji. The brewery has been through a lot, but they seem to be doing their best to move forward without hiding it. I would like to try another brand called "Oar.
