Memorandum.
The second one from the left in the photo is Junmai Daiginjo of Isshaku Suisei. My partner bought this sake for me as a souvenir of our trip to Akita after I learned how good Isshaku Suisei was. I thought the Junmai-Daiginjo was at a very high level, but this one was even more refined and sophisticated. It was delicious.
