さけ陽浴I enjoyed them all because they all had their own personality.
My personal favorites are
So no Mai → Koshihikari → Fusa Kogane → Yamadanishiki × Gohyakumangoku
Yamadanishiki x Gohyakumangoku in that order.
I had the impression that Yamadanishiki x Gohyaku Mangoku was too integrated and rounded. I preferred a more clear taste.
