It was a hot day, so we opened a bottle of Ozeyuki's Summer Gin, our first in a while! This is the first summer sake of the season. ⛱️

The slightly light alkalinity of 15 degrees Celsius and the pure, clear, transparent mouthfeel make it a delicious summer sake that goes down a treat 😊.
