Tomita__JunkoIt is a special junmai of Tasake, one of my favorite sake.
I had not been able to see him for a while, so I carefully refrained from opening it.
Finally, I was able to buy the next bottle, so I opened it gratefully. After all, it is delicious! It tastes like this!
It is a fresh, mild, yet flavorful, elegant (not too strong) accompaniment to Japanese cuisine. It is also an excellent match for yellowtail sashimi, and drains off the fat.
With its pleasant aftertaste and refreshing feeling, it is an accompaniment that I would like to keep in touch with. 😃
