This is one of the two bottles in the hometown tax return set. Negorozakura" is an old brand of Kurumazaka brewery.
The first sip of the bottle
You can tell it's Yamahai as soon as you put it in your mouth. However, the mouthfeel is smooth. It is a little aged sake but has a beautiful taste.
There is a gentle sweetness like berries, but the aftertaste is dry.
If you drink it in several days, you may feel more Yamahai. If you like Yamahai, you will be happy, if you don't like it, you may pick it up. Personally, I like it. The aluzoe seems to be helping to make it refreshingly dry, so this is also possible.
As the label on the back says "Old Style", this is a good old-fashioned sake, but still solid.
