Jacket purchase. Cool blue shiny bottle and label.
The pop design is impressive, making it seem like it is not a sake.
Looking closely at the label on the front, you can see that it says, "Mix with soda and garnish with lime.
I had never thought of mixing sake with soda, so I gave it a try.
Aroma: Straight
Aroma: A strong aroma with a strong acidity. Strong acidity. Sour and slightly sweet aroma like lychee and raspberry. There is a sense of alcohol and some gas. There is the aroma of koji (malted rice) and the umami aroma of rice.
Taste] Straightforward.
It has a momentary sweetness on the palate...but soon the acidity becomes the main taste, accompanied by bitterness.
Although it is rated -10 on the sake meter, the sweetness is not the main flavor. It has a strong flavor and a strong peculiarity.
On the rocks.
When watered, it is much more delicious than straight sake. The acidity and bitterness decrease and the taste suddenly becomes mild.
Soda on the rocks
Personally, sodasawari is the winner.
I prefer 1:1 or 1:2.
