Hiran Kagura
I think this sake is the most suitable for eating with food among all the sake of the "Hiran" series we have had so far!
Not too much piquancy, but enough to make you feel like you're eating.
Strong in flavor.
A little bit of alcohol
The sharpness fades away slowly and beautifully.
This is a great taste for those who love to drink.
The price is a little over 2000 yen...I really hope it doesn't spread 🤣.
Reborn is on repeat stock and we'll compare tomorrow 😆.
