I bought it because I was curious about the unusual sake rice used. It was from the Sake Rice Exploration Series "for the study of brewing techniques.
When I opened the bottle, the stopper popped vigorously.
It has a lot of gas, but it also has a strong sweetness. Was the rice a little too much dissolved? The alcohol content is 16 degrees, which is a bit strong.
If you are used to drinking Kinka or Tsubasa, you may feel that it is too strong. We enjoyed it with bamboo shoots.
