This is a limited edition Daiginjo from Sakata Shuzo in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. I usually drink only junmai-shu, but brewed sake is also delicious.
It has a tasty mouthfeel, with lots of flavor, but not too much.
It's a wonderful sake.
