It's Kamikimoto again!
I remembered that I neglected this one too 😅.
I bought it at Yamazawa (supermarket) that I used to frequent once upon a time when I went to Yamagata Prefecture at the end of February. ✴️
Miyamanishiki sake polished to 50% ❗
I could feel the delicious taste of the rice and it had a nice sharpness 😓.
The alcohol content was low, 13 degrees (apparently) 😫.
I have to upload it before it gets buried or I'll be writing from a hazy memory.... I'll be more careful from now on 😣.
