I bought it because it's white and gold and cool (^^)
Light Nigori (nigori) raw, made from Yamahai!
The mouthfeel has little aroma, but there is a soft sweetness, and the sourness comes quickly 🎵.
Sweet and sour like a muscat, with a little bit of sourness, but it quickly dies down 🎵.
It's not peculiar and would be perfect as a food wine!
Personally, I think it is totally good on its own＼!
