It tastes like old-fashioned sake with a clean, dry taste. It goes well with food and is crisp and very tasty.
We serve it with pickled konoshiro (konoshiro is a konoshiro's favorite).
My husband drinks it lukewarm.
I hear it has a slightly sour taste that deepens the flavor.
