It was the first time in three years that the brewery opened its doors to the public, and this is the sake that I held in my hand. I did not just get it. It was a 1,000 yen gacha, a specialty of the kurabiraki festival. As you can see in the second photo, the first prize was a 300ml new sake in a 1 ton barrel, even the lowest one. And I won the 6th prize, Junmai Daiginjo, lucky me. 😀 ...
It tastes dry and is a refreshing food sake. I drank it with grilled pork with ginger and it was the best match. 💓
