My favorite sake with my favorite name.
I love it so much that I can no longer evaluate it with an impartial eye; it is a sake that I wish would flow through my body instead of my blood.
It is more poised than flamboyant, yet has a very smooth texture and a dense flavor that invites you to heaven. It is neither too strong nor too weak, but has the perfect balance, and the umami aftertaste that lingers on the tongue keeps it from going back to the earth.
God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh day after drinking Ippaku Suisei.
