It is made with wine yeast and is unexpectedly sweet and sour. It is rather on the sweet side. The alcohol content is low and the "thinness" is undeniable. The taste disappears quickly, and you can taste it only when you put it in your mouth and roll it around. Sweet and sour Irohasu. Slightly yellowish, with lots of legs, but they are weak and short.
