This brand has been on the shelves of liquor stores since last year as a "draft sake at room temperature" and I was curious about it.
I was told that it was better to leave it for a while, but it has only been two months. But I just had to taste it before the summer set in.
The first sip was a little acidic, and both room temperature and hot sake were still a little elusive. The aroma reminded me of Kidoizumi.
On the fifth day, the flavor seemed to expand even more at room temperature and in the hot sake. (On both occasions, I drank about 2 gou of both at room temperature and hot sake).
I realized the advice, so I moved to an air-conditioned room and will see how it goes a little more.
