In mid-August, in the scorching heat of the summer, I was attracted by the flying name "Aki-agari" and bought it at Seijo-Ishii.
Wow, what a wild taste! It tastes like a tough or rough rice...? The description on the bottle says "powerful as a native species" and "deep flavor with a sense of vitality," but I see... this is an experience I've never had before..!
So, after drinking about half of it, I left it in the fridge for a while because I was on vacation and couldn't drink it.
When I drank it again after returning home...oh, now it tastes "like a wild melon that has fully ripened and then the bitterness and sweetness in the middle coexist"...!
And it's interesting that it's still wild...! It's a mystery...!
