I bought this sake when I was in Yamagata on a business trip. It is one of my personal favorite sake brands, not only for its taste, but also for its name.
It has a strawberry-like sweetness, a gentle acidity, a fresh crispness, and a pleasant sharpness with a hint of spiciness. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities even though it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. A sake that is truly a source of great pleasure! Kamikigen! It is a good sake.
