Impressions
This Yamano Kami is said to be made with yeast from the flowers of the sasa lilies found in the sacred grounds of the Ogami Shrine at the foot of Miwasan.
The water, rice and yeast are all from Nara!
The owner recommended it to me as a taste of Nara.
Slightly refreshing aroma!
When you put it in your mouth, the alcohol taste goes away and you think it's dry, but soon the fruity taste spreads!
The fruity taste lingers in the aftertaste, but it is not harsh or unpleasant.
