The aroma is light and floral. The taste has a good volume of alcohol, acidity, and sugar. However, the balance is quite fruity and the aftertaste is quite refreshing. It has a strong citric acidity. It is probably white koji. Gradually, the flavor of koji starts to come through. Repeat Score 2.0
