On the way back from climbing Mt. Shia, I went to a sake brewery near Ueda station and got this sake 🍶.
There was another sake called "Inakura no Tanada" at the direct sales counter, and I was told that I could only buy one of them.
It was fire-brewed, but it was a very tasty sake with freshness and a good balance of sweetness 🍶.
