Year-end party with a couple👫✌😚🍺.
Last week, it was a year-end party at work, but I gave up on reviewing it because it was a high-end restaurant that didn't bring bottles.
Well, we only drank Akita sake.
Well, a neighborhood izakaya 🍺.
This is my second review of this restaurant: ❣️
The first one was Onogawa's G Club limited edition sake 🍶.
The menu said Jungin, but what came was Junmai sake (lol).
Oh well, it's ok 🤣.
The aroma has a hint of apple.
The mouthfeel is smooth, but there is a strong acidity at first.
After that, the sweetness spreads in the mouth.
The acidity is a bit peculiar 💦.
Sake rice is unknown, but maybe that's the reason.
By the way, Akita G Club is a sake club where sake is released once a month from each brewery in Akita Prefecture.
Only special dealers in the prefecture are allowed to sell it, and the total quantity is limited to 350 bottles.
It is a rare sake. 💕︎
Sashimi was on special that day: ❣️
A 10-piece sashimi platter for one person was 680 yen. ‼️
Sake goes down a treat 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
