Caproic acid ethyl fruit aroma of apples, pears, melon, and Kamishinko.
Elegant sweetness and smooth mouthfeel. The acidity is mild and slips smoothly into the mouth. The bitterness is also mild, and the taste is gentle and mainly fruit aroma.
