As it is a draft sake, it has a rich rice flavor and a clear, refreshing impression, making it easy to drink and delicious.
I personally liked the balance of sweetness and umami, and the crispness.
I will drink it well chilled with everyday dishes in a little over a week. Kamaboko (fish cake), natto tofu, and barbecued chicken were especially good matches.
