寅之助
Sake made by Naeba Sake Brewery in the brewing forest. Surprisingly, there is no brand name registered 💦 for Sake no Wawa.
I was so impressed with the first time I tried Kozo Mori that I've always wanted to try other brands from the same brewery: ☺️
Like Kozo Mori, there is a sweetness to the aroma and taste, but it is not extremely strong. On the other hand, the umami is moderate. It has acidity and is refreshing.
There is a bitterness in the aftertaste, and my impression is that it became stronger after the bottle was opened.
Compared to Kozo Mori, it felt more like a regular sake, for better or worse, but thank goodness it is reasonably priced 😄.
