First time at the corner.
One of the spring sake that the wife was having trouble with, "Raifuku no Sakura".
The aroma was mild. The aroma is mild, but the mouthfeel is fruity with just the right amount of gas.
In the mouth, it is fruity with a good amount of gas, giving the impression of spring freshness.
The delicious and fruity aftertaste is followed by a sour aftertaste, which is the ephemeral nature of cherry blossoms falling, or should I say, a sense of regret.
You will want to pair it with hanami (cherry blossom viewing).
