Quite rare specs. Kijoshu, nigori,. Low 14 degrees Celsius. I opened the screw cap and struggled with it for about 3 minutes.
The taste was a little light, without the sweetness characteristic of kijoshu, but the sweetness lingered in the aftertaste. However, the sweetness lingered in the aftertaste.
It is a little expensive sake, but I think it is good once in a while.
On the second day, when I was about to drink it, I noticed a peach aroma for a moment. But the taste is still the same, light and refreshing. It is still delicious.
