It's been 2 years since the production of this Kuroten 😅 Well, I can afford to drink it because it's hi-iru, but I'm too lazy to drink it.
I love the sound of the gas escaping when the bottle is opened.
When I pour it into the sake cup, there are fine air bubbles at the edge of the bowl, which is beautiful 👍 The aroma is not aged at all, but still fresh and juicy aroma of muscat, and when I take a sip, the soft sweetness and acidity of the rice floats on my tongue, and the sharp dryness that is typical of Tokujun is also nice! It is a light yet core sake with an impeccable taste.
