Tanaka Roku Go at my first sushi restaurant. The first drink was the super spicy hikakami, but I forgot to take a picture of it. It was a bit refreshing to go from the crisp hikakami to the full-flavored Tanaka Rokuugo. Omakase at a new restaurant is a great way to enjoy sake in a new way.
