Harada Seiryu Smooth & Light Junmai Ginjo
Sake found at a nearby co-op store. Jointly developed with Motox, a wine import company.
We will drink it cold.
The color is clear and slightly yellowish.
The top aroma is slightly green apple-like and alkali aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a hint of elegant cotton candy sweetness and a brown sugar-like richness.
After swallowing, a slight sourness asserts itself, and there is a trace of bitterness and tingling in the aftertaste.
For a low-alcohol, it has a solid sweetness and richness, and for an easy-drinking, refreshing aftertaste, it has less of a low-alcohol feel.
As the temperature rises, the rich honey taste rises on the tongue, and the bitterness in the aftertaste also increases.
