I'm going to drink today (lol) so first of all, I'm excited! This one is a liquor store exclusive! As it says "big nigori" the nigori is amazing😊.
The aroma is banana and ricey but mild. When you drink it, there is a bit of sweetness and then a lot of fizz. The aftertaste is dry and refreshing with sourness and bitterness! It is a sake that can be drunk no matter how much it costs. There is a little bit of alcohol, but it is easy to drink and delicious 😄.
