オンダCompared to the earlier Tasake Junmai Daiginjo, the umami is the same, but the acidity is stronger and the sweetness is weaker.
As one would expect from the father and mother of Yamadanishiki, Yamadanishiki is a mix of the best of each.
But personally, I prefer the father (or Yamadaho ⁉️).
