It's been rainy and cool lately...but when it's hot I buy fizzy stuff.

This is a noble sake type fizzy nigori that uses sake in the brewing process.
I'd be careful opening the bottle, but it doesn't blow up and it's not as gassy as it sounds.
Aroma like caramel. Mellow banana, pineapple, a little cucumber and sweet honey.
