The first noble brew
Aged Ginjo aroma
It's thick and sour, with a sizzling, aged sweet and sour taste like a noble rot wine.
As recommended by the staff at the store where I purchased it, I paired it with a sweet, and it's totally competitive! The pairing was a Japanese chestnut tart and cream cheese with persimmons. It's the best (laughs).
It is not a sweetness that can be drowned out like cocoa, but a sweetness that complements each other.
If you drink it alone, it's a very delicious noble brew with a strong assertiveness.
This is delicious!

Rokumaru-san, I'm glad you're here 😀 I've been wondering about the Senjokou noble sake! I'm doubling down even more in the comments 😋 I've been getting into the combination of cream cheese and dried fruit lately. Persimmons look delicious too. I'll give it a try 👍.

Thank you for your comment, Yukachin. It's really good. I'm even thinking of getting some more tomorrow if they are available.
If you try the persimmon, I recommend the soft one.
