I've had Yamada-Nishiki and Omachi before, but this is my first time to try Kame-no-o from SENKYO 🤓.
It already has a sweet fruity aroma and is already delicious 😋❕👍️
The sweetness comes on the palate, followed immediately by the unique sourness of Senkou 😆 ... 😆 ...
Later, the bitterness and astringency are sharp and sharp ❗
It may be the best Sentori I've ever had 😋.
Next time, I wonder what kind of sake I should pair with nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) (if we can catch it).
