ぷれーり
I went to Nagoya the other day, but neither Gikyo nor Kuheiji were available at the izakaya...maybe I went to the wrong store. After returning home, I found it at my usual store and bought it immediately.
It has a slight hint of tailing, and when you drink it, you can feel a little volume and lactic acidity. It also has a hint of sweetness. It has a gentle bitterness, and it finishes crisp and clean.
It is a very tasty sake that you can drink as much as you want.
