The second bottle of Japanease sake regular delivery at my parents' house.
This one is 100% Omachi and is aluzo-sweetened.
It seems to have a strong umami flavor, perhaps due to the adjustment of the taste.
It is also very well made and delicious.
My favorite was the jun-dai.
