<Shuwa shuwa, full of minerals, bitter-sweet.
The aroma is full of rice flavor.
The palate is slightly carbonated with a tangy citrus taste. The bitter-sweet taste comes from there. The bitterness comes at the end. The bitterness is very typical of Kaze no Mori, with a sense of minerality. It is quite bitter, but the sweetness wraps it up nicely, so there is no unpleasant feeling. It has a nice sharpness and disappears quickly and cleanly.
If we were to compare it to Ghibli's "Gedo Senki," it would be Allen. He is the main character with a very big bitterness. But there is no bad feeling, so he is like Allen in the last scene.
