Normal and mid-picked. The aroma is subdued. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweet and sour taste like that of grapes. It has a minerality and bitterness that is typical of Kaze no Mori. The one picked in the middle is a little clearer and has a more pronounced sweet and sour taste. I think so. The "maka" is better when it is freshly opened.
